Contact Information
Dexterity Motorcycle Training is in two really
accessible locations:
- a beautiful rural location near
Ashford in
Kent, close to junction 9 of the M20 and around 15 minutes from The
Channel Tunnel, and around half-an-hour or less from Dover, Folkestone,
Canterbury, Faversham, Rye and Tenterden.
- and we are in the
heart of Maidstone, the county town of Kent, less
than 3 miles from either junction 6 or 7 of the M20, and close to
Maidstone West Railway Station. Maidstone is just 32 miles from South-East
London, and 10 miles or so from the Medway towns of Chatham and Gillingham. A
hub for major roads such as the M20 motorway, the A229, A249, A20 and the A26
with the M2 motorway just a short distance to the north.

Directions to our Ashford Offices

By Car or Motorbike
From the M20:
- Leave at Junction 9 and at the
roundabout take the exit signed 'Eureka Business
Park'. (Trinity Road).
- Staying on Trinity Road, go
straight ahead at 4 roundabouts until you reach a T
junction with traffic lights.
- Turn left onto the A251 towards
Challock and Faversham. (You will notice a 19th
century gateway ahead of you).
- Take the immediate left, before
the gateway, into Sandyhurst Lane, then the first
right into Lenacre Street.
- Dexterity Motorcycle Training is
about half a mile down Lenacre Street on the left.
From Hastings and Tenterden:
- Take the A28 towards Ashford.
- At Ashford, follow the signs to
the M20.
- At the junction 9 roundabout take
the 2nd exit signed 'Eureka Business Park'. (Trinity
Road).
- Staying on Trinity Road, go
straight ahead at 4 roundabouts until you reach a T
junction with traffic lights.
- Turn left onto the A251 towards
Challock and Faversham. (You will notice a 19th
century gateway ahead of you).
- Take the first left, before the
gateway, into Sandyhurst Lane, then the first right
into Lenacre Street.
- Dexterity Motorcycle Training is
about half a mile down Lenacre Street on the left.
From Canterbury:
- Take the A28 towards Ashford.
- Take the 2nd exit (straight
ahead) at the roundabout with William Harvey
Hospital signed to the left.
- Turn right at the next set of
traffic lights into Faversham Road (A251).
- Follow this road, (past the
Towers School on your right), and continue straight
ahead at the traffic lights towards Challock and
Faversham. (You will notice a 19th century gateway
ahead of you).
- Take the first left, before the
gateway, into Sandyhurst Lane, then the first right
into Lenacre Street.
- Dexterity Motorcycle Training is
about half a mile down
Lenacre Street on the left.
From Faversham:
- Take the A251, towards Ashford.
- At Challock take the 2nd exit (straight ahead)
at the roundabout into
Buck Street.
- Approximately a
mile after you have passed through Boughton Lees
turn right into Sandyhurst Lane, then the first
right into Lenacre Street.
- Dexterity Motorcycle Training is
about half a mile down Lenacre Street the left.
From Rye:
Directions by public transport
As we are quite rural there is no
public transport that runs directly to us. We may be
able to collect you from the nearest bus stop by prior
arrangement.
Take the number 666 bus (Faversham -
Ashford Designer Outlet) and alight at Sandyhurst Lane.
Walk the short way up Sandyhurst Lane then take the
first right into Lenacre Street. Dexterity Motorcycle
Training is about half a mile down this road on the
left.
Best railway station is Ashford
International, then take the number 666 bus from Bus
Stop R.

From the M25 Dartford Crossing
Exit M25 junction 3 onto M20
Exit M20 at junction 6, follow A229 into Maidstone town centre.
Follow A229 into Maidstone town centre.
Then follow signs for A26 Tonbridge until you
cross over the River Medway, keeping in the left hand lane
At traffic lights turn left into Barker Road towards Lockmeadow Leisure
Complex.
Follow road past Odeon Cinema and B&Q store.
Keeping left you will find us approx 300m on the left hand side
From the M25 Gatwick
Exit M25 junction 5 onto M26
M26 joins M20
Exit M20 at junction 6, follow A229 into Maidstone town centre.
Follow A229 into Maidstone town centre.
Then follow signs for A26 Tonbridge until you cross over the River Medway,
keeping in the left hand lane
At traffic lights turn left into Barker Road towards Lockmeadow Leisure
Complex.
Follow road past Odeon Cinema and B&Q store.
Keeping left you will find us approx 300m on the left hand side
From Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester and
the Medway towns.
Follow A229 (M2 junction 3) towards Maidstone
Continue on the A229 into Maidstone town centre.
Then follow signs for A26 Tonbridge until you cross over the River Medway,
keeping in the left hand lane
At traffic lights turn left towards Lockmeadow Leisure Complex.
Follow road past Odeon Cinema and B&Q store.
Keeping left you will find us approx 300m on the left hand side
From Hawkhurst, Cranbrook and Staplehurst
Follow A229 into Maidstone town centre.
Then follow signs for A26 Tonbridge until you
cross over the River Medway, keeping in the left hand lane
At traffic lights turn left into Barker Road towards Lockmeadow Leisure
Complex.
Follow road past Odeon Cinema and B&Q store.
Keeping left you will find us approx 300m on the left hand side
From the South East, Lenham, Charing and M20
Exit M20 at junction 7 onto A249 towards Maidstone
At the next roundabout, take
the 2nd exit onto Bearsted Road/A249
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit, still A249
At the traffic lights follow signs for Hastings (A229) using lane 3
Follow the lane as it turns left down Wat Tyler Way
Past Sainsbury’s on the right hand side
Straight over at the traffic lights
Follow signs for Chatham (A229)
A249 Knightrider Street
Compulsory right turn onto A229
Follow A229 into Maidstone town centre.
Then follow signs for A26 Tonbridge until you
cross over the River Medway, keeping in the left hand lane
At traffic lights turn left into Barker Road towards Lockmeadow Leisure
Complex.
Follow road past Odeon Cinema and B&Q store.
Keeping left you will find us approx 300m on the left hand side.
By bus
Take any bus that calls at Maidstone West Rail Station
(including numbers 4,7,8,70,71,72, 78, 79 85, 88, 89, 781, 784, 503)
Turn right and head down the hill on Broadway/A20/A26
Continue to follow Broadway/A20.
Turn right onto Barker Rd towards Lockmeadow Leisure Complex
Follow road past Odeon
Cinema and B&Q store.
Keeping left you will find us approx 300m on the left hand side.

Turn right and head down the hill on
Broadway/A20/A26
Continue to follow Broadway/A20.
