     CBT (Compulsory Basic Training)     £115

 

The starting point for everyone...for those going on to do a full course the CBT fee is included

in the full course price ...

   

    CBT+plus                                               £55

 

CBT+plus is an additional two-hour training session, conducted mainly on the road, aimed at building experience, confidence and creating a safer rider.

    DAS (Direct Access Scheme)             £795

To get your big bike licence, taking your test on a 500cc bike.

This price includes the CBT course and the Theory Test fee.

You must be 21 or over for this course ...

 

    125cc Standard (A2) or Restricted Licence         £795

This course is ideal for those aged 17 - 21 or anyone who is less concerned about

outright top-speed and acceleration.

This price includes the CBT course and the Theory Test fee.

Although you take your test on a 125cc bike, once successful you are NOT restricted

to any size of bike, just as long as it is restricted to 33bhp for the first 2 years.

 

A restricted bike looks and sounds the same as an unrestricted one, and,

depending on the machine, the restriction may make little difference to its everyday performance...

    Advanced / Refresher Motorcycle Training    from  £120

       Whether you have recently passed your test and want to improve your

         skills, or you have held a bike licence for a while but are a bit rusty, we can

         tailor a course to suit you...

    Instructor Training Course                4 days    £495

Full UK motorcycle licence holders only. (Held for at least 3 years with no more than 5 penalty points).

       This course is designed to help you prepare for the DSA’s 2 day Cardington

        examination or to help you become a Down-trained instructor, including all the

        CBT Elements, supervising other instructors (an area many fail the Cardington

        exam on), fault finding and correction, on-road radio work and much advice about

        how to pass, and how to succeed as an instructor after passing.
