Motorcycling is one of the most exhilarating and
enjoyable pastimes available in an increasingly sanitised world. A
motorbike can
enable you to escape the mundane world of traffic-jams and help you enjoy your
journey again. But it has to be safe as well as fun.
Whether you are looking for a weekend hobby, a chance to be anonymous, a
lifestyle, a social scene, 100 miles to the gallon, a shorter journey-time
to work or

Photo of the Month!

Congratulations to Stephen from Sellindge, he passed with us some time
ago and we thought we'd lost the photo. We promised him it would be photo of
the month if we ever found it, so here it is!
Stephen did his full licence with us so he could ride his beloved Lambretta
LI150 Special.

The Route to your Full Motorcycle Licence

CBT is the starting point for everyone. Usually taking around a day to complete.
This allows you to ride low powered bikes, (50cc for 16 year olds, 125cc for
17 years and over), with L plates for 2 years...for those
going on to do a full course the CBT fee is included in the full course
price ...
To progress from CBT to full licence
requires the DSA Theory Test to be
completed. We'll help you with this and we even book it for you!

To get your big bike licence,
the DAS course involves taking your test on a 600cc bike. You
must be 24 or over for this course.
The Standard (A2 or
Restricted Licence) course is ideal for those
aged 19 - 23 or anyone who is less concerned about outright top-speed and
acceleration.
A restricted bike
looks and sounds the same as an unrestricted one, and, depending on the machine,
the restriction may make little difference to its everyday performance...
